Session organizers and contributed speakers will be able to change their contribution mode until 15th October 2022. Invited speakers should coordinate their presentation mode with the session organizers. After 15th of October, any change will be subject to availability. Eco-registration is available during the registration process.
The applicable registration fee is determined by the date when the organizers receive payment, not when the registration form is completed. The registration fee includes participation in the available sessions, networking activities, and conference material. Following the local environmental policies, the participants will not receive printed material, but there will be some copies of the Book of Abstracts for consultation at the registration area. In order to promote responsible consumption, the conference will grant PhD students to attend the tutorials with the saving made with this initiative.
The presenting authors should register by 16th September 2022 in order to confirm participation in the conference. Only registered participants will be considered for the scientific programme.
The welcome reception on Saturday the 17th December 2022 is free to all registered participants, but preregistration is required for health and safety reasons. The reception has limited capacity, and places are not guaranteed for those registering after 26th September 2022.
